European Institute of Patent Attorneys
It is headquartered in Germany. It consists of approximately 10,000 members from 38 European countries, including Türkiye, who are authorized to conduct patent proceedings before the European Patent Office and hold the title of European Patent Attorney.

International Licensing Executives Association
It is based in the USA and was founded in 1865. It is an association with over 12,000 members representing 85 countries, working to successfully transfer the values obtained within the scope of intellectual property rights into commercial life.

European Trademark Owners Association
It has 6,000 members from over 180 countries. With over 8,000 participants in its annual seminars, it is one of the most popular intellectual property rights associations in the world.
KALDER
Turkish Quality Association
It is a Türkiye-wide association working to promote a contemporary understanding of quality and to encourage and reward quality work. Destek Patent is one of its founding members.
TOBB
Patent and Trademark Attorneys Türkiye Sector Assembly
It began operations in 2008 within the TOBB (Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey) to define the rules of the attorney profession and increase its prestige. Its first president was Destek Patent Board Chairman Kemal Yamankaradeniz.

It is the Turkish national group of LES International. Destek Patent is a founding member of LES Türkiye (TEKLİDER) along with two board members; Ersin Dereligil is the association's founding and first president.

It is a non-profit organization based in the UK. It continues its activities through meetings, seminars, and other events focused on finding solutions to brand problems in the pharmaceutical industry.
