As Destek Patent, we have been working to protect intellectual assets and transform them into commercial value since 1983.
We are also responsible for solving social problems and contribute to different social responsibility projects from health to education, from sports to arts.

Today, by placing "education" at the centre of our social responsibility approach, we have set our primary goal as "to contribute to Turkey's intellectual capital by raising awareness of industrial property rights and increasing patent literacy". With this goal, we have planned trainings for high school and university students that will firstly arouse their interest in the subject, encourage them to make inventions, and then raise awareness about its protection.

Since we began our path to this journey, intellectual property rights-related applications have increased in these four years, provided that goods or services from one company are distinguished from goods or services from another company and that can be identified in the register in such a way that the subject of the protection provided for the trademark owner is clearly and precisely understood. The most crucial criterion for trademarks is the obligation to have a "distinctive character " that helps differentiate the indication used from similar goods and services.)

Own Your Idea project On September 25, 2015 United Nations member states accepted by 17 Sustainable Development Goals located between “8. Decent Work and Economic Growth” And “9. Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure” supports the goals of the project. In addition, the project will be held in 2021 It won the “Silver Achievement Award” at the 13th Corporate Social Responsibility Summit – Sustainable Development Goal Award Ceremony.
