A cooperation protocol was signed between Destek Patent, which has maintained its sector leadership in the field of intellectual and industrial property rights in Türkiye for 35 years, and Proofstack (formerly Copyrobo), Türkiye's first internationally award-winning company in blockchain technology.
Thanks to this collaboration, the legal evidence required for the protection of projects and works can now be obtained in compliance with legislation in Türkiye and around the world.
With Destek Patent's experience in intellectual and industrial property rights, Proofstack's blockchain protocols, and qualified certificate providers, it will be possible to obtain multiple legal evidence valid in both Turkish and international courts for the first time in the world, and to receive services related to necessary applications for intellectual and industrial property rights.
Valid in Turkish and world courts
For patented works/documents, legal evidence valid in the courts of other countries can be obtained even while the application is still in the preparation process.
In Türkiye, legal evidence can be obtained in accordance with the law numbered 5070, in the European Union, legal evidence can be obtained in accordance with the eIDAS law numbered 910/2014 and valid in 28 EU countries, or legal evidence can be obtained in countries that recognize protocols built on Blockchain (Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin).
The biggest difference that Blockchain provides is that evidence can be recognized by the courts of 50 countries instead of 10 countries after years, very fast results can be obtained in terms of verification, or the development of Blockchain-based common identity systems valid all over the world.
Along with this, many points such as contracts, approvals, grading, transfers, know your customer (KYK) etc. can be obtained.

He stated that security signatures can be created for each piece of evidence produced by downstream users, indicating ownership, and that optional backups can be made. With the optional coordinate requirement in mobile applications, evidence can also be revealed in a combination of location and time.
