What is a Trademark?
Trademarks can consist of words, including personal names, numbers, colors, letters, numbers, voices, and any kind of characters, including types of goods and services, provided that goods or services from one company are distinguished from goods or services from another company and that can be identified in the register in such a way that the subject of the protection provided for the trademark owner is clearly and precisely understood. The most crucial criterion for trademarks is the obligation to have a "distinctive character " that helps differentiate the indication used from similar goods and services.
