In this regard, protecting industrial property rights and establishing a competitive advantage in the internationalization process play a critical role. International Success with the E-Turquality Program

This program includes the expenses related to the activities required for companies and cooperation organizations to prepare for export and gain competitive advantage in international markets, strengthen their infrastructure and institutional capacity, promote, market, establish and brand their products and services abroad, which came into effect with the Internationalization of the Turkish IT Sector and E-Turquality (Stars of Informatics) Program numbered 5447.

With this program, “foreign product, service, brand, patent, intellectual and industrial property rights registration and protection supportiSupport is provided for the registration, accreditation, renewal and protection of products, services, brands, patents and intellectual and industrial property rights abroad for which companies operating within the scope of the "" have domestic registration certificates; expenses related to trademark/patent office services, mandatory expenses related to research and examination regarding whether the product, service, brand, patent, intellectual and industrial property right has been registered in the name of another company/organization in that country, legal consultancy expenses related to registration and protection abroad, and registration renewal expenses.
