She is being given scientific courage about her dream. We extend this period for another 6 months for those who are successful. Those who looks promising here at this stage are passed to the post-incubation. The process goes like that. Our aim here is to produce technological devices and transform the dream real products. That is why we are going to assess the performances in an outcome-oriented way. All this starts with a dream, project and the process ahead are way too long. Our aim is to produce something considering our country's interests and public welfare."

"It is rather important if the project is innovative or not"

Underlining that Turkey has made a promising progress in defense industry, Sahin shared his opinions as follows: "While choosing our projects, we take countries' priorities into consideration. It is rather important if the project is innovative or not, it is critical for the elimination process. Our industrial projects should be innovative, and it is important. During the approval process, projects are reviewed by an arbitration board. We have a variety of criteria, our arbitration board review the projects considering these criteria, and as a result of the review, we approve the allowance of the project creator to establish a company."
