The seminar on "Management of Intellectual Property Rights in the World", which was organized by Destek Patent and supported by İstanbul Chamber of Commerce, took place in the Council Chamber of İstanbul Chamber of Commerce on April 15, Friday with world famous participants. Patent consultants of the industry giants who will speak in the seminar shared the patent stories of world famous industrial organizations.

In the seminar on The Management of Intellectual Property Rights in the World, which was organized by Destek Patent, the admiral of the Patent and Trademark Attorney Sector in our country, under the patronage of İstanbul Chamber of Commerce, expert speakers from the USA, Europe and Asia shared their knowledge and experiences in the significant points about Intellectual Property Rights, patent success management, current issues regarding trademarks, patent success methods, and struggle with imitation.

In the seminar on The Management of Intellectual Property Rights in the World, where patent experts who provide consultancy services to world famous industrial organizations and brands were welcomed as speakers, Kemal Yamankaradeniz, the CEO of Destek Patent, who hosted the seminar and represented Turkey, shared his experiences for starters. After Yamankaradeniz's speech on the protection of Intellectual Property Rights and significant points about it, Udo W. Herberth, the Partner and Trademark-Designs Manager of Weickmann & Weickmann as a representative of the European Union, shared his knowledge about the protection of national and community trademark. Martin Geissler, Managing Partner of MG-IP from USA, and Xiaofen Wu and Robert Rauther representing China, shared their knowledge about current issues regarding trademark and designs.

In the seminar, where latest developments on patent and utility model were discussed, finally Masako Bernard from Japan, Ken Muncy from USA, and Frank Keller representing the European Union, shared their knowledge on the struggle with imitation and how success in patent had been achieved.
