Turkey's First Virtual Reality Lab was Opened

Crytek and Bahçeşehir University have joined forces to take the first step with Virtual Reality (VR) Technology Turkey. The center opened in Istanbul as part of the VR First program launched by Crytek will be a technology base for VR developers and entrepreneurs with innovative ideas.

Turkey's first Virtual Reality (VR) center, established in collaboration with Crytek and Bahcesehir University, and the global launch of the VR First program of Crytek was announced at a press conference held at the Galata Campus of Bahcesehir University. The center was opened to the use of young developers and entrepreneurs who want to realize their innovative ideas by using VR technology, which is expected to mark the next 10 years and will reach a market size of $30 billion in 2020.

Within the scope of this cooperation, it is aimed to raise awareness by demonstrating the potential of Virtual Reality (VR) technology and to make it possible for the VR developers to have access to all the professional equipment they need. In this center located in Bahçeşehir University Galata Campus, developers will be able to develop projects with the CRYENGINE technology utilizing cutting-edge hardware and VR equipment with the support of renowned companies such as AMD, Logitech and MSI.
