Surveillance and Security System without Camera

Cameras are the first thing that one thinks of when it comes to security systems. However, since the locations of the cameras can be detected, they can be blocked by people with ill intentions. Xandem, on the other hand, uses a different way for security instead of using a camera.

Sensors connected to the socket at different points in the house form a network among themselves. These sensors can detect movements in the house even if there are objects in front of them. All sensors are connected to a main device and communicate through this device. A plan of the house is made and uploaded to the application so that the location of the sensors can be understood. When an unauthorized person enters the house, where they visited and when they left the area can be monitored through an application on the smartphone. Of course, what the person who broke into the house does is not fully monitored, but at least it is possible to find out what is happening at home while on vacation.

A 10-sensor package can be bought by pledging $450 to Xandem, which is aiming for 100 thousand dollars of funding on Indiegogo and has managed to collect more than 80 thousand dollars. For the package with 15 sensors, you need to part with $575. It is stated that if the project is successfully completed, the devices will be delivered to users in August 2016.
