The Strongest Brands In 2021

The "Best Global Brands" report issued every year by the global brand consulting company Interbrand, featuring a list of the world's most valuable 100 brands of 2021, has come out. As the report suggests, the total value of the best 100 brands has risen from 2,326,491 million dollars in 2020 to 2,667,524 million dollars in 2021, corresponding to an increase of 15%. While technology still remains to be the fastest growing sector, Apple, Amazon and Microsoft lined up as the top three brands. These three brands account for 62.3% of the total value of the top ten brands. In 2021, the total revenue of the world's most valuable 100 brands increased by 42% and hit 7 trillion.

Amazon
Amazon had also ranked the topmost in the list in 2019 and 2020. It grew by 64% in 2021 and reached 684 billion dollars, thus maintaining its title as the most valuable brand of the world.

Apple
Apple grew by 74% to reach a business volume of 612 billion dollars.

Google
Google grew by 42% and reached 458 billion dollars.

Microsoft
Microsoft recorded a growth of 26% and hit 410.27 billion dollars.

Tencent
Tencent grew by 60%, achieving a value of 240.93 billion dollars.

Facebook
Facebook recorded a growth of 54% and reached 226.74 billion dollars.

Alibaba
Alibaba grew by 29% and hit 196.91 billion dollars.

Visa
Visa achieved a growth rate of 2%, reaching 191.29 billion dollars.

McDonald’s
McDonald’s grew by 20%, achieving a value of 154.92 billion dollars.

Mastercard
MasterCard grew by 4% and reached 112.88 billion dollars.
